Lisa Feldstein, B.A, J.D.

Lisa Feldstein is a nationally recognized fertility lawyer who has dedicated her career to helping people build their families through assisted reproduction. With over 15 years of experience, Lisa has worked with numerous Intended Parents, sperm donors, egg donors, surrogates, and fertility clinics across Ontario. Lisa is also an educator and thought leader in the field. She taught Health Care Law at York University and serves as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School.  She has been featured in publications such as The Toronto Star, National Post, Law Times, Vanity Fair, CBC, and Canadian Lawyer Magazine.  As a published author and media commentator, Lisa regularly writes and speaks about reproductive law reform, donor agreements, and access to parenthood. She is passionate about empowering clients and the public to understand their legal rights and responsibilities when it comes to assisted reproduction.  This course brings together the knowledge Lisa shares in her private practice, classrooms, and public lectures—delivered in a clear, supportive format.
